The advertising deadline date is the first of the month for the following month.

Our current price list is as follows:

Full page advert £55,
1/2 page advert £45 (Cover position).
1/2 page advert £40.
1/3 page advert £30.
1/4 page advert £25.
1/6 page advert £20.
1/8 page advert £12 (business card size).
Church pages sponsor-£27 (per quarter).
Service Directory-£8

All prices are per insertion except the Church page sponsors.

A 12 month run of adverts paid for in advance will receive a discount of one month.

Bookings for the cover positions of the magazine are for periods of 6 months and subject to availability.

To assist in the smooth running of the magazine your advert should be provided on a disc, in either Microsoft Word, Corel Draw, Adobe PDF and TIFF/ eps/ bmp or wmf. It should be of the size you require. You can also e-mail to malcolm5@tinyworld.co.uk

If we have to design the advert for you or adapt it from paper work (e.g. a business card) then a charge of up to £ 25.00 will be made. Also any changes made in the wording of existing adverts will be charged at £5.

Invoices are sent out monthly for all adverts unless they have been paid for in advance.

Invoices are sent out quarterly for the "Church Page Sponsor" advertisers.

Invoices are sent on the 1st of the month that the advert is booked into i.e. 1st April for April issue.

Invoices must be paid monthly (or in advance).

Cheques should be made payable to "Compton Publishing". They should be addressed to ‘InView Advertising & Accounts’, 3, Redwick Gardens, Pilning BS35 4LL

Adverts are booked one month in advance i.e. by the 1st April for May issue.

Invoices not paid by 28th of the month of issue may be subject to a 10% surcharge and the advert will be removed from the next issue due to go to press. For example- Advertisers invoices dated 1st April not paid by 28th April will have the advert, removed from June issue, the May issue will already have been finalised in April.

It is necessary for you to provide an invoicing address when you book to advertise with us. Also you must provide in writing how many issues you wish your advert to run for. You may request to be invoiced for the total number of months rather than monthly if you would prefer. If you wish to cancel your advert this also needs to be done one month in advance the same as for booking.

If you wish your advert to continue after the period of booking, then it is also necessary to confirm this to the advertising manager one month in advance.
